EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Department of Orchard Road Christian Center. The successful candidate will be well organized, enjoy working with people in a team atmosphere, have excellent computer and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage a variety of tasks in providing assistance with excellence to the Executive Pastor. Responsibilities include ability to transcribe, summarize, edit and format a variety of documents from meetings, sermon notes, etc., plus the ability to compose correspondence and reports. Other duties include maintaining the social media aspect of the church, updating and generating various lists from the donor database, interfacing with and supervising volunteers on various projects, as needed. Candidate will plan and coordinate events including food service, handling of materials and communicating with event participants. Serve as liaison to internal departments, church members, guest speakers and reps from other organizations. Candidate must be professional and confidential, and is required to attend Orchard Road Christian Center. Non-exempt, full-time position (incl some Sundays), earning a salary of $33,000-40,000 year, plus benefits package.
