EVENT COORDINATOR – Global Ministries (Part Time)

Candidate will coordinate international and domestic Speaking Engagements, Partner Weekends, events and research, as well as assisting with Group Tours. Individual will work with other departments within the ministry and church to coordinate various aspects of each event. Will communicate by phone with outside agencies to make reservations, acquire event details, emails and compose written correspondence. Candidate will remain current on all tasks and assignments within the time frame indicated on schedules and worksheets and will know and implement written guidelines to accurately track events.

Will create and maintain reports throughout assigned events and produce summary when closing each event, as well as maintaining event budgets. Candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively, as well as being flexible, organized and having excellent computer skills. Must be born-again and attend a Bible believing church.

Part- time schedule: 15 hrs./wk. Mon-Thu Salary: $16.00 hr.
